Where there are relationships, there is conflict. Conflict is inevitable and consistent throughout our personal and professional lives — but it is often messy, unproductive, and dysfunctional. This multi-part workshop will help groups build tools to navigate conflict in their spaces.

Our identities are ever-changing, but our conditions (and policies) within our workplace are woefully behind the times. This workshop provides the fundamentals of gender identity and helps participants create solutions for queer-centered and inclusive practices within their organization.
