About Hannah
I come from a lineage of organizers rooted in justice, equity, and liberation. Every step I take honors my ancestors while paving the way for future generations. My journey began in electoral politics and grew through Chicago and Pittsburgh’s vibrant communities. As I navigated the non-profit industrial complex, I recognized a deep need for spaces prioritizing wellness, community, and anti-violence—values I hold at my core.
Over the last decade, I’ve reimagined what healing and liberation can look like. My experience spans higher education, grassroots organizing, and movement work. I’ve designed transformative curricula, facilitated restorative dialogues, led conflict resolution spaces, and provided spiritual guidance to communities across the U.S. At the heart of my work is a commitment to building systems rooted in anti-racism, Black Queer Feminism, and restorative justice—spaces where healing, growth, and connection thrive.
This passion fuels my work with Honored Wellness, a full-spectrum doula practice rooted in compassionate and transformative care. Honored Wellness provides reproductive support, education, and healing services to Black, LGBTQIA+, Disabled, and low-income families navigating all stages of life—from conception to postpartum and beyond.
I believe everyone deserves affirming, culturally competent care. That’s why Honored Wellness offers comprehensive services, including birth and abortion support, childbirth education, and family-building guidance. I also integrate ancestral knowledge and herbal wellness into my offerings, blending modern reproductive care with holistic practices. By prioritizing safety, empowerment, and connection, I aim to create a world where families thrive in love, dignity, and community care.
