Honored Wellness is a doula practice focused on the reproductive care of the multiply marginalized.
Trained by Birth Advocacy Doula Trainings as a Full Spectrum Birthworker and Childbirth Educator (C-CBE, F-CSD), I’ve served as a full spectrum doula since 2018. My focus is on families and individuals that identify as BIPOC, LGBTQI+, formally/currently incarcerated, and individuals without strong support systems.

If you need a doula, then I can support you! As a full-spectrum birth worker, I am certified in birth support, and abortion support, and well-versed in the multiple paths of conception. I prioritize folks who need support in their reproductive journey but may not have the means to afford doulas. I also accept clients through Medicaid (in Illinois).

Doulas support the full spectrum of reproductive needs. Doulas provide physical and emotional support regarding pain management, mobility, positioning, and coping during labor; and physical and emotional support for other reproductive experiences, such as miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, or the postpartum period. Doulas can also serve as a touchstone before and during labor and delivery, offering advice on what is and isn’t normal.
As a doula, I provide support to help you best communicate and advocate for your needs on this journey. I’m here to make the process easeful!
